Change the policy allowing employers to discriminate against people with felony convictions.

Created by A.L. on January 23, 2013

People with felony convictions may not be violent criminals, may not have been able to afford a good lawyer but were not guilty of the crime, or they have paid their debt to society and need a job. Just because they made a bad decision at one point in their life doesn't mean they don't have bills that need paid and families to take care of. Some felonies in the 4th & 5th degree are not even serious.
