Change the policy regarding GED's and enlisting for military service. Allow the use of GED's without college credits

I think it's ridiculous that military branches require 15 college credits if you have a GED to enlist. Just going for the GED shows initiative. Let's make a change and allow GEDs to be just as good as a diploma.
