With members of congress who get re-elected term after term it has created corruption that must be dealt with by simply limiting the number of terms a member of congress can hold his/her position. Times change and so must the people voting on policy change. Change the policy so members of the House of Representatives can only serve for 2 terms maximum. Also change the number of years a senator can hold his seat to 3 years and the maximum number of terms he/she can hold that seat to 2 terms.
