I propose a two-term limit for every government branch to better promote change and growth. For too long our government has stuck to status quo rather than make true reform and growth possible. Having "lifers" in office only promotes the lack of drive to really make a change. If you know your job can never really be taken from you, then you are less willing to care about your performance as someone who works in every other job position on the planet does. It also could be said that "lifers" have lost touch with the rest of society. More often than not, many show signs that they forget what it was to be a "burger flipper" working for minimum wage. Many of the people in office will tell you that they "regularly" visit their constituents, but visiting is different than living with them.
