Direct the Bureau of Engraving and Printing to print a special batch of 50 dollar bills which replace the portrait of Ulysses S. Grant with a portrait of myself, which will be supplied if this petition is approved. These bills will be legal United States currency, and a total of 500,000 bills will be printed. This would serve as an act of goodwill to the people, in light of low government approval ratings. It would also strengthen the administration's supporting groups.
