US Postal Service (USPS) currently uses a street, city, state and zip code based address. This is subject to many variations of the address and for mail coming from outside the country to language translations. It is far more beneficial to have a numbers only address. With the easy availability now of longitude and latitude in mobile devices, these can be used as complete and sufficient addresses. A compressed version of longitude and latitude that uses only ten hexadecimal digits as a complete address will remove the need for language translations and multiple versions of a street-city-state-zip human language address. It will be excellent for completely computerized mail processing. For high-rises and mailboxes, altitude can be added for distinguishing.
