Change POTUS term to 6-years, and allow past Presidents to run again after being out-of-office for a term.
Past Presidents have said that 4-years is too short a term to make meaningful change. Longer than 6-years could lead to abuse without a re-election, or vote of confidence.
Past Presidents, after being out-of-office for at least one term, would make great leaders.
