The "Electoral College" is an outdated practice in which to elect the President and Vice President. The "Electoral College" was the best way to ensure a fair election from its inception in 1787 to present day. The time has passed, technology has interconnected the United States. No longer should we not be able to elect our candidates by popular vote. It is time to overhaul outdated practices.
