My fiance is in prison..... i cant visit him because i use to be a former employee over 15 yrs prior to his conviction.... this is wrong... its like Im being punished for serving my country.
I think if its been more than 10 yrs since you where state employed, it shouldnt matter...please help...it could one day be you....
