Change the prison system to low percentage unserious crime

This petition is change the prison of system percentage to less sentence that inmate would have to serve. The constitution need change be change and separate less crime from the serious. Men and women giving very harash punishment for less serious crime. I would like to see that less serious crime percentage of prison sentence to 65 percentage. The high crime percentage should 90 percentage this would murder, rapist etc.,
