Change the "Privilege" to drive into a natural born right

Im sure if you are reading this you or someone you know has had their license pulled from them and though they are not the best people the are human and they do mess up but that one mess up should not ruin their life or put it on hold because they lost their license.I would like to start this petition because while everyone else is worried about some other country, I'm going to worry about the hard working American that can't seem to catch a break now I'm not saying speeding is a good thing no no don't get me wrong I just think a heavy fine would put an end to speeding plus people would still be able to carry out their daily life such as buying groceries. It's messed up how money rules us but all I'm asking is for you to think about life without your car.just think about it.
