Change the process of how congress receive pay raises. Should be the same as exact rule as Social Security & Veterans .

Congress should only be able to get a pay raise or cost of living allowance only if inflation has risen . This is the same rule that the Disabled Veterans & Social Security Disability,& Social Security Retirement Recipients. Congress will not be able to get more of a percentage than the recipients mentioned.
