Even though, I am a US citizen, we have 2 children, been married since 2003, my husband and I have a clean record, and paid our taxes he is currently in Mexico since 2008; my children and I are having to live apart from my husband. Because his waiver was denied in 11/2009. Immigration did not consider my case to have enough hardship to approve him to stay in the US to help me support and educate our children. Clearly love, family unity is not considered hardship to immigration laws. I know there is a new law starting March 2013, which will benefit immigrants in the US. However, this law will not apply to my husband's case. What are we doing for all other immigrants that were punished for 10 years and had to leave the country ?
