Change public education student attendance requirements.

While currently it is a novel idea to require students to attend school, many students do not wish to be there.
To alleviate this problem while still requiring them to attend school, we should not force them into
classes. Yet let them have the freedom to attend any class at any time. This is not to say that they should
have the privilege on intruding on classes that have already started their session, but their ability to change
classes everyday. This should only pertain to those above elementary school, after they have learned
the fundamentals of basic linguistics, and sciences.
By enabling them to attend any class at anytime they will naturally go to classes that are
interesting to them. This will allow them to succeed easier and learn valuable skill sets faster.
