Change rape laws to shift the burden of proof back to the accuser.

Too many men have been wrongly imprisoned without reason and had their reputations ruined for life based on false accusations made by jealous, angry and manipulative women. Rape cases, like all other criminal cases, must be made to have the accuser prove that it happened instead of the accused proving it didn't. These current laws are unfair to men and due to this inherent favor of women in court, they are currently unconstitutional. In addition, if the rape case laws were equalized, there would be less incentive for women to falsely accuse men of rape or sexual assault as a means of manipulation or revenge. Lastly, the definition of rape should be changed not to be based on penetration because this makes it so that women cannot ever legally be seen as rapists even when they are.
