Change the red night-time aircraft warning lights atop the Washington Monument, since they look like glowing evil eyes.

The Washington Monument is a shining beacon of our country showing our fortitude and prosperity as a nation. At night-time, the Washington monument has 4 pairs of red night-time aircraft warning lights surrounding the top of it which slowly blink. I petition to change the color of the lights from red to a more commonly benevolent color such as blue or green, as arts and media culture view pairs of glowing red lights as evil eyes. With the amount of visitors to our great nation, anything we can do to improve our image while being culturally sensitive would have much greater benefits outweighing the cost to implement.
