Change the regulations that allow wireless carriers to force smart phone consumers into a monthly data plan

As many smart phones users are aware, all U.S. carriers require the purchase of a monthly data plan in order to use a smart phone on the carrier's network. This rails against the very foundation of a free society and the basis for the formation of United States of America. Consumers should be allowed to freely choose which services they want to use.Current regulations allowing wireless carriers to do this should be changed and the freedom of choice given back to consumers. I urge everyone to sign this petition in an effort to give the freedom of choice back to consumers.
