Recent development between FDA and the company 23andme is a disaster. It is obvious that regulations applicable to pacemakers are not applicable to genetic spit tests. As a result, currently thousands of people are living unaware of their illness. We petition White House to allow tests such as 23andme to not be governed by FDA at all. Spit tests are not a drug, and neither food.
