Automobile enthusiasts love customizing their vehicles. Currently Homeland Security/regulators have severely restricted this hobby with bureaucracy and outdated laws.
Mr. President, you may not be a gearhead, but think of something you are passionate about and imagine it being unreasonably regulated by the government and you will be empathetic to this petition.
Vehicles and parts over 15 years old should be allowed to be imported into the USA without restriction for personal hobby enjoyment. Canada has this reasonable law already and (for example) Japanese air quality standards are more strict than the US's, there's no real reason for this liberty to be restricted.
