Change the requirement in the affordable car act-that requires employers to provide ins.coverage at 30 hrs. to 40hrs /wk

The Affordable Care act has good intentions but is costing people there jobs or having citizens work two jobs because of the benefit requirement that insurance is required at 30 hours per week. Many p/t or full time employees have had the hours reduced to 27 to 29 hours per week because of that requirement. I want the President, By Executive Action, change the requirement to 40 hours per week . This would help everyone involved -Business and workers save paperwork, increase productivity and eliminate having to work two jobs to have a 40 hour paycheck.
