Change the requirements to become an American citizen.

To be an American citizen it should be mandatory that you are able to speak fluent English. I just don't think it is right that you can be considered on American citizen yet you cannot speak English. I understand that you need to take a test in order to gain citizenship but the questions are so easy that it can be passed with very little English speaking ability. I have personally been to a restaurant that I could not communicate my order to the server. I don't think it is right that It is difficult for me to order food at a restaurant because I speak English.
