A Representative or Senator is the representative of the constituents who voted them into office and of the constitution of the United States.Pledges to non government agencies such as an individual,an anti government ideology,religious ideology,lobby or private political organization,or supporting the change of the electoral college or voter suppression shall be cause for their immediate termination.
Age of service must not be under 30 nor over 66.Dual citizenship after or before election to office shall be cause to terminate their tenure and retirement pay. Furthermore,they must pass a psychiatric examination,a test in advance economics,accounting, constitutional American & international legal history,government budget writing,information technology,Earth Science and have good credit
