Remove the current requirements of being at least 25 years or age. Having a child, or falling under your parents income bracket. It shouldn't matter your age or if you have a child or not. If you support yourself, sustain a job and pay your own bills and live in your own home away from your parents. You should be able to qualify for financial aid. This will allow many young adults to have funding to return to school and further their education.
