Change the requirements for Native American descendents born after 1983 to receive benefits

I am starting this petition to change the qualifications required to register as a Native American. Native American descendents whose family members were not on the restoration roll before 1983 or at the time of their birth can not register with their tribe and are denied the benefits they deserve. It is their birthright to have access to these benefits available to their people. Until these requirements are changed nothing can be done and they will continue to go unrecognized as Native Americans and denied benefits.
