Change the requirements that the state of Montana gives to low income people to get state health care.

The state of Montana has the worst Heath care and welfare department I have ever seen. I am disabled, with a wife that has two cancers and a five year old little child. My wife and I are unable to work because of our illnesses, and the state won't give us health insurance because we make six hundred dollars a month. We can't really live off that money normally, let alone with medical issues. Please help me for the government and the state to help us all. Thank you
