Change the retirement age to receive benefits from 60 to 55 for a 20 year or more military reserve retirement.

The reserve military forces make up more than half of the total force and are asked to serve at a moments notice. The benefits for 20 years or more reserve retirement does not begin until age 60. Request that the current administration look at reducing that age to at least 55. With this I believe it will give more incentives to make the reserves a career choice outside of just the minimum number of years for college benefits only. This in turn would only increase our total force numbers and solve some retention issues for NCO and Officer Ranks.
