Change the rules of enlistment into the military to allow adults with a juvenile felony to serve their country

I'm not perfect, I made mistakes when i was 16. I am 19 and in college now, I have a job and voted last November. However, I am still paying for my mistakes even after i served my debt to society. I have owned up to my wrong doings and have taken responsibility yet these mistakes have kept me from joining the military and serving the country I love which has been a dream of mine since I can remember. I know there are others like me that feel the same way. I believe that mistakes that people make as a juvenile should not keep them from serving their country if that is what they feel they need to do. Even if you are not in my position I ask that you show empathy to my desire to serve America. Thank you.
