Those with Hypoglycemia have low blood sugar and often in cases should eat six meals a day at about the same time every day. Though that is hard to keep up with, especially in schools, it can be overlooked with the proper diet. Fresh fruit and vegetables. Properly cooked food. Simple diet. Yet I have seen schools feed raw chicken, wilted lettuce, and rotten fruit to the students. The school's food is horrid and no one should have to eat it especially our youth. Soured milk, under cooked meat, rotten greens, none of that is good to feed human beings.
