School rules should be changed because they aren't fair towards students. School rule says that you need a reasonable suspicion to search a students things. The constitution says that you need probable cuase to search a persons things. So why should the schools have different rules involving searches? Probable cause is provable. It is likley that you will find something. You also already have evidence. Reasonable suspicion is a good guess. It is based on fact or past experience.The wording of the school rules involving searches should be changed to say probable cuase instead of reasonable suspicion. We want the school boards to make this change.Students should have the same rights as adults.
