Given that the Bill of Rights was written over 200 years ago and that there has been ongoing discussions and court cases over the years regarding the intent of the drafters of the Bill of Rights. It would be beneficial to all citizens if we had an unambiguous statement in all amendments. We have revised amendments in the past. Going through the process of revising the Second Amendment would provide a good model of others amendment revisions.
