Change the second threshold to evoke a response from the Pres to a petition on whitehouse.gov back to 25000 signatures.

On 1/15/2013, the guidelines on this website were changed. Previously, 25,000 signatures were needed to evoke a response to the issue on a petition here. Now 100,000 signatures are needed within 30 days. This makes getting a response to real issues extremely difficult. This petition asks the president to change the requirement to need only 25,000 signatures to evoke a response.
