Change the Selective Service requirement for men age 18 to all citizens age 18.

Require the government to either abolish the Selective Service requirement for men OR to require Selective Service registration for all American citizens age when they turn 18.
With the new change allowing women in combat roles, the requirement for Selective Service registration should either be abolished or made mandatory for both men and women.
