change the sex offender list it needs to be reformed now to many innocent kids are on there it is sad

do not put kids under 17 on
the list and also there should be video proof
or medical proof because some states like m
to put them on it for more federal money and that`s not right it should be required for the accusers to pass a lie detector test not the deffendent
