To change the shild support laws at the federal level and stop Tax Refund Offset Program.

Child Support laws are outdated. Mothers are allowed to keep the children from the fathers and still collect child support. The time has come to end this. Fathers are being treated like money trees and cannot get any help. The Tax Refund offest program needs to be set at $10,000 in back owed child support before tas refunds are reduced. Fathers that are in a payment agreement should not have thier taxes offest. This is for all people who pay child support or know people that do. Also make it where states cannot charge intrest on back owed child support.
