Change Social Security Regulations to pay survivor benefits to victims of terrorism & not to terrorist's family

The terrorists who died in San Bernadino left a 6 month old child who can receive Social Security (SSA) & state/county pension benefits up until age 19. These benefits could total as much as $342,000 ($18,000 x 19years) If disabled he could receive survivor benefits for life totaling $1.4 million. We must bar families of mass murderers & terrorists from getting this money & it should be paid to victims of these heinous acts. If there is more than one survivor benefits would be & $.6 & 2.4 mil. What a travesty. President Obama should take executive action or work with Congress to fix this: Precedents exist for this: We don't pay life insurance if you commit suicide. You can't get SSA disability if you are hurt while committing a crime. I worked at SSA for 34 years & can be on workgroup.
