There is an epidemic of discrimination against members of teams that feel they carry the weight, burden and water for their fellow members, and this must be stopped.
These lone cowboys, ninjas, and unknowns wander into danger at their own peril to do what they feel must be done for the greater good.
Though it is no real matter to them that their counterparts work equally hard, make similar sacrifices, and suffer identical penalties of success and failure, these solitary individuals should be given high praise. These sole members need not have to consistently remind us of their accomplishments. They must be rewarded; Immortalized.
Change the spelling of the word "TEAM" to "iTEAM". They deserve that much, because - they know they do.
