Change the start and end of daylight savings time to occur on Saturday instead of Sunday.

Created by L.B. on March 18, 2013

Currently, daylight savings time requires Americans to set their clocks ahead (or back) one hour on a Sunday morning. This results in millions of Americans only having one day to adjust to the time change before returning to work or school. Changing the start and end of daylight savings time to begin on a Saturday morning would allow people more time over the weekend to adjust and feel more rested and productive on Monday morning.
