Change the State of Minnesota's motto to, "Winter is Coming."

Minnesota is know for two things, Hockey and Winter. It is no wonder that Minnesota is the state of Hockey since it is cold and snowy here 9 months out of the year. That being said, we should no longer be called The Star of the North, but out motto should be "Winter is Coming." Inspired, by George R.R. Martin's popular Song of Ice and Fire book series or more commonly know as the Game of Thrones series, this motto is shared with the protagonists of the book who live in very much the same conditions we do. In light of the "Polar Vortex" where no one but Minnesota was ready for the cold, the rest of the nation is crumbling to this new thing called snow. Winter is Coming, shows Minnesota's strength and vigilance that while things are sunny for the moment, is always a winter on the horizon.
