There are some Americans living in America who are not citizens of this country. Take American Samoa for instance, this is an American Territory where Americans born there are not born citizens but American Nationals. This is institutionalized racism. For these Americans to see any other part of their country, they have to go threw the immigration process like any foreigner which doesn't make any sense. It is our duty to make aure that this changes. Americans born in America should be citizens. We should give these Americans their natural right of being a citizen.
