Change the status of marijuana from a schedule I drug to a schedule II.

Created by J.H. on July 06, 2012

Marijuana is classified as a schedule I drug by the federal government. This means that to our federal government marijuana does not have any medical benefits, this being a lie. Marijuana has been used all throughout history as a medicine, it may be used to relieve symptoms of anxiety, chronic pain, insomnia, muscle spasms, tremors, appetite stimulation, relieving depression, migrains, nausea. Marijuana again has been wrongly classified.
