Forestville HS and Suitland HS are merging student populations in the Fall of 2016. Suitland HS is slated for a major renovation and the two communities need to create a new and fresh environment. First Lady Michelle Obama has provided profound inspiration to students all over the United States. The two merging HS will be a fitting tribute to a well deserving First Lady. Prince Georges Co., MD has already set precedence by already having Eleanor Roosevelt HS in Greenbelt, MD named after the longest serving First Lady in the US from 1933-1945.
