Change the tax code to a 10 percent limit on gross income and eliminate the mountains of IRS regulations.

Eliminate the IRS as it now exist and limit the maximum income tax on gross earned income to 10 percent.
Eliminate tax on all investments: i.e. interest, dividends, capital gains, etc.
