Change tax law so the government cannot manipulate the public's purchases through tax.

Tax law should be altered so that the government cannot control citizens through adding taxes to objects that the government wants people to use less or more of. Like how there is a huge tax on cigarettes in Chicago because Chicago wants it's people to smoke less, or the government wants people to move away from fossil fuels so add an increased tax on gas. Disallow these added taxes.
