To change taxing to the most fair and equal taxing this nation could see. Sales tax would be equal for everyone no matter what. If you're rich or poor everyone will pay the same percentage of tax making it equal. If I had 1,000,000 dollars I would still pay x% on my two hundred thousand dollar lambo. If I only had twenty dollars I would still pay x% on the ramen noodles I bought.
