change the taxpayer provided heath coverage for U.S. Government elected officials, their staff, and families to Medicare

Those repsponsible for making policy regarding affordable healthcare in this country have the least exposure to the costs and issues faced by individuals, families, and employers. They should be given the choice of buying their own coverage or opting into the Medicare program.
