Change the term limit of Congressmen and Senators to four years and limit them to only serve two terms.

Congress clearly does not have the best interest of their constituents in mind. Career politicians are more focused on where their re-election campaign funds are going to come from than the best interest of our country. Limiting them to serve a maximum of eight years is a game changer for politics. Given the current inability for Congress to accomplish anything other than shutting down the government, this is long past due!
