Change the term in office for Senators from 6 to 3 years.

Created by C.C. on November 04, 2011

Newly elected Senators serve for 6 years which promotes gridlock in the Senate. The electorate is unable to change the mojority in the Senate to reflect the consensus of the electorate during a President's 4 year term in office. This promotes the excessive use of the filabuster by the minority party.
