I propose we change terms to 6 years each for Senate, House, and President. No re-election would be available for the same position and they could not campaign for themselves or others while in office. If they can't get their agenda through in 6 years then they need to step down. The election cycle could be Senate, 2 years later House, 2 years later President, 2 years later back to Senate. This would allow for change every 2 years.
We should also limit Supreme Court Justices to 12 years to allow for fresh minds making decisions.
