Change the terms that congress can serve. Allow them to serve no more then two terms.

Even though congress is elected by the people I still feel that they should serve no more than two terms. If their districts are not equally divided between parties one party will have a monopoly over the other..ie Jesse Helms of NC. When these people are allowed to serve for 30 years they become complacent and tend to project their old fashion ideas and don't change with the times. Example: John McCain concerning gay men in the armed services. He could not recognize that the armed forces that he knew no longer existed. Therefore if only 2 terms are allowed new ideas can be brought to the table.
