Change Thanksgiving to the final Friday in November.

Created by A.F. on November 18, 2012

Initially Thanksgiving was the final Thursday in November. Roosevelt, in order to allow more shopping days till Christmas and help the economic recovery, changed it to the next to last Thursday in November. Each year the Christmas Season begins earlier as merchants become increasingly greedy. Having a Thursday Holiday and being forced to work Friday is counter productive. Make Thanksgiving the next to the last Friday in November and the Christmas Season can start the next day. Instead of Black Friday.... Make it Black Saturday.. more people would be off.
